Sunulos®Malt Selenium Agnus Castus contains a highly effective form of selenium, L-Selenomethionine.
20mg of Agnus Castus fruit extract per capsule ,used to help relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome such as irritability, mood swings, breast tenderness, bloating and menstrual cramp.
Directions:
Take 1 capsule daily.
Warning:
The total amount of selenium supplemented from all sources should not exceed the tolerable upper intake level (UL) for selenium of 400 mcg/day. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, lactating, trying to conceive, under the age of 18, or taking medications, consult your healthcare professional before using this product.
